Right of withdrawal
The trapezoidal sheets and other products distributed by Kemenes Lemez are not custom-made or individually sized products, therefore the general right of withdrawal is guaranteed for customers in accordance with the Civil Code and relevant legislation.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without justification and return the product within 14 days from the receipt of the product.

In case of withdrawal, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The product must be delivered to the premises of Kemenes Lemez – PÉTER NAGY sole trader (9531 Mersevát, Hatgita utca 6., Hungary) at the customer’s own expense and risk.
Please ensure that the returned product arrives in its original condition and undamaged.
